　　烟台市中医医院始建于1958年，为胶东地区最早开设的中医医院之一，历经六十余年的风雨沧桑，现今古韵新彩俱丰，已成为集医疗、教学、科研于一体的综合性三级甲等中医医院。

　　医院占地面积2.8万平方米，建筑面积10万平方米，编制床位650张，在职员工近700余名。设有17个行政科室、37个临床科室和医技科室和、3所院外门诊部。拥有国家及省、市级重点专科20余个，国家级、省级老中医药指导老师19名，省级名中医6名，市级名中医12名。国家、省、市级学术专业委员会担任副主任委员以上职务30多人，学会委员200余人。烟台市中医药学会下属20个专业委员会设立在我院。全院年门诊、急诊量达40余万人次。拥有CT、核磁共振、彩色超声、高清电子胃肠镜以及电子腔镜、关节镜等一系列高端诊疗设备。

　　几年来，医院以科学发展观为引领，深化改革，创新管理。坚持以“质量求稳定，特色求发展”为方针，以“让良药不再苦口，让治疗成为享受”为服务理念，以“突出优势、打造精品”为发展战略，着力打造新时期现代化中医医院。医院强力推进“精品人才、精品科室、精品医院”的精品工程建设，开展“精细化管理”模式，将工作细化、量化、流程化、标准化、责权化，医院的核心竞争力全面提高，综合实力大幅度提升，已成为维护本地区民众健康不可或缺的重要力量。

　　医院现为山东中医药大学附属医院、滨州医学院附属医院、全国“全科医生规范化培养基地”、全国“中医住院医师规范化培训基地”、全省“西医学习中医”培训基地、山东省中药炮制技术传承基地、“全国百姓放心医院”、“全国重点发展中医医院”，国家自然科学基金依托单位。先后荣获“全国卫生系统先进集体”、“全省卫生系统行业作风建设先进集体”、“山东省富民兴鲁劳动奖状”、“烟台市文明单位”、“烟台市人民满意卫生服务窗口”等称号。

 

 

Overview

Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yantai was founded in 1958, which is one of the oldest Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiaodong area. It is a top Chinese medicine hospital integrated with medical, education and research.

The area of the hospital is 28,000 square meters. The gross floor space is 100,000 square meters. The hospital has 650 beds and 700 employees. There are 17 administrative departments, 37 clinical departments and laboratories and 3 outpatient clinics. In addition, the hospital has over 20 national, provincial and municipal key specialty departments. There are 19 national or provincial guidance professors, 6 provincial Chinese medicine doctors and 12 municipal Chinese medicine doctors. Over 200 associates participate in national, provincial and municipal medical academic committee with over 30 associates are titled as or above deputy director. We have over 400,000 outpatient and emergency visits annually. The hospital is equipped with a series of high-end diagnostic devices including CT, MRI, color ultrasound, high definition electronic gastroscopy, electron microscopy and arthroscopy.

The hospital is guided by the scientific outlook on development and did a lot on reform and innovating management in the past years. The hospital focuses on medical quality and customer service while building a new era modern Chinese medicine hospital. The hospital strongly encourages good quality staff, good quality departments and good quality hospital. With the high standard medical procedures, the hospital core competence is significantly enhanced. The hospital plays an important role to maintain the health of the residents living in the area.  

The hospital is the training base for many organizations, such as the national general doctors’ standardization training base, national Chinese resident standardization training base, the provincial western medical to study TCM training base, Shandong TCM firing technology transfer base, national key development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the national natural science fund supporting institution etc. The hospital has been awarded as the national health system advanced collectives, provincial health systems industry advanced group, Shandong province Fu Min Xing Lu labor award, Yantai city civilization unit, Yantai city patients’ satisfaction of health service etc.
